On November 10th, some students from our school participated in the  trip to Krakow. Special worksheets were given to participants to describe the places visited.

We could see Jan Matejko’s Square, Barbican, St Florian’s Gate, Jan Matejko’s House, an exhibition in the National Museum in Sukiennice, titled „Independence” organized on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of regaining independence. Later Wawel  Castle and royal chambers and the exhibition „Wawel lost.”

After this dose of history, the participants went to the smallest candy factory where they could observe the entire technological process associated with the creation of colorful sweets .

Crossing the Krakow market, one of the largest in Europe, we reached Collegium Maius, the oldest part of the Krakow Academy created by Kazimierz Wielki.
